    I'm Thinking of Ending Things

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Much like any other Charlie Kaufman film, this is the first of many rewatches of the film.

but to be honest this is Charlie Kaufman's more straight forward film

reading the book I had the sense that Charlie Kaufman would have a hard time to adapt the third act and not contradicting what he wrote in adaptation, where he said to his fictional twin brother that having multiple characters be the same person in the end is cliche and overused,…

1st watch: "this is so good but i can't really follow the plot as i think i should"

2nd watch: "I finally understand it reaffirms my belief that this film is a masterpiece! but i should really see it in the big screen!"

i'm glad that it's on netflix with seemingly horrible translation for the subtitles, i should have supported it in the festival run late last year.

    Enter the Void

My Previous review was "I have a splitting headache."

    Edit I:
I have epilepsy and i wanted to help other letterboxd users by making a list that has flashing lights or have really fast a floaty camera work.

    Edit II:
After some consideration i have decided to remove my half-star rating, it's not fair to the people who made the film, there is absolute artistic merit to this work and i do realise it. I just don't personally see myself engaging with this film as i wanted to due to the flashing lights and the nauseating display of sex.
