Andrew Pope’s review published on Letterboxd:
Alternate title: Look Back In Anger.
Goofy as all hell, but never undermines its high camp with winks or smirks. Sits somewhere between James Wan’s usual fare and something more like a late-period supernatural giallo - something like Argento’s Phenomena or The Stendhal Syndrome, or Fulci’s The Psychic, particularly towards the end. Intermittently successful for the first two acts, then blows the doors off for the climax, which delivers exactly the right kind of bonkers carnage I was looking for. I went in cold, and came out giggling, and I hope your experience is the same. 👌
