Fear is scary to watch, not because it has good jump scares, but because it is that awful January horror film release, it just is not scary and the actors are not fleshed out at all and the acting is atrocious, when T.I. is the best actor in your film, the film probably is not good, and the twist is obvious and all the lore the film presents is never explained, it's just random facts thrown at you really fast.
