Andrew Rogers’s review published on Letterboxd:
Not so much steered out of control as it is driven in multiple directions by several different drivers with independent wheels. That...doesn't make much sense but neither does the chemical balance of this movie. The Coens do have the most control, between the screwball nature and fatalistic humor and Greek mythology and surrealistic touches. And it's pretty funny! Too bad Zeta Jones is so flat and has almost no chemistry with Clooney.
Geoffrey Rush and Paul Adelstein both need to be in more Coen films.
