Anchor Rancor’s review published on Letterboxd:
Warm, infectious, fascinatingly peculiar, peculiarly fascinating, quietly cynical and anxious, but overwhelmingly empathetic and hopeful. Yes, based on what I know of him, this is David Byrne's essence distilled into film form. This is so fascinated by how interesting people can be, and that observation is so human that it sucks you in. The cinematography is striking, this along with the colors and the fantastic costumes really makes this a truly pretty movie. The music is once again excellent, Wild Wild Life in particular I loved, but the song over the credits comes close too. Just so, so comfortable, I loved it.
