Leighton Trent’s review published on Letterboxd:
A snapshot, a minimalistic document that seeks to sit back, watch, observe and simply reflect the life and the tenants of the Black Panthers during their "Free Huey" protests in 1968. In its simplicity, Varda gives us a piece that is very much prescient for 2020, feeling as though it could've been made merely days ago.
As always, we should continue to educate ourselves as much as possible.
No Justice. No Peace.
