How does one make a horror film based on advertisement for canned water... well Hollywood has been doing it with other products for decades. The in your face, Attack of the Killer Tomatos approach is pretty endeering. Everyone is one note, but there's no filler and it cuts to chase pretty quick. And it's pretty solid with the message its getting out.
But, you're telling me that co-creator of Adult Swim's Mr. Pickles made a live-action horror flick with TAME DEATH SCENES!!! Who missed the memo there?
