Basically one of the most adorable things ever, but I found the ending more rushed than the rest and it was more very pleasant than very funny.
I was shocked to find it significantly more effective when it was being dramatic as opposed to comedic. Very excited to explore more Chaplin. I was also surprised that I just didn’t find Chaplin’s screen presence that instantly endearing like I did with Keaton, but maybe he will grow on me.
Might just binge a bunch of 1921 movies
