A story worth telling but in the end, such an unproductive documentary. Another cheaply made, predictable, boring true crime procedural that relies more on cheap sympathy for a crook and lazy thrills than any meaningful commentary on the capitalist economy. Every year is just a countdown until I get to watch this again. One of the richest and most endlessly fascinating things ever committed to film.
