Shane Black in his directorial debut showcases his talent in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang thanks to an excellent script with some hilarious comedy and a genuinely engaging mystery.
Robert Downey Jr really shines in this. Everyone else is great but RDJ really goes for it here and brings in a surprisingly layered performance. I'm not surprised this got him the Iron Man role.
Overall, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is an absolutely fantastic film filled with originality and creativity that helps make the mystery interesting and intriging with the help of a talented cast and clever script.
