felt generally iffy about this one but on rewatch I realize how out of it way it goes to be as mean as it is and how it’s also a testament to how winning Cruise is even when he’s miscast. 

Would very much enjoy another depressing genre romp from Spielberg.

First and last 30 minutes is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Can't complain, but it’s probably not worth kneecapping May’s entire career over either.
