God, I have never been so represented in cinema more than Philippa Soo being so nervous and disgusted just by thinking of heterosexual sex. This film really is about the struggles people face after a break-up and it showed how destructive or creative you can be after ending a relationship. The plot is your typical rom-com one, but this genre has a special place in my heart, so my ratings are probably skewed higher than it should be. Also, Lucy is literally me when it comes to keeping almost every single thing I’ve owned throughout my entire life and I find it difficult to let go of it because of the memories and the sentimental value. Lucy is incredibly lucky to have friends who will stick to her until the very end and I really wish I also have a couple of those in my life.
