As a fan of the game I’m satisfied, the fight scenes looked good the characters where who they were supposed to be and the movie felt like a mortal kombat movie. However at the halfway point it gets alittle boring watching people just fight and kinda makes you wish you were playing the game.
This honestly isn’t as bad as everyone said it is. They really had something with the music at the end though the different versions of Reflections was dope and the wire work was also cool too. The worst thing about the movie is that it’s just too dead ass this needed a Disney touch and a little bit of comedy.
So far definitely more of a personal story which I was shocked for but the six part mini series is definitely the best way to go with this.
My fingers crossed this will hit some topics on ideal images and the hypocrisy of this.
Will come back after episode six with final thoughts
This film really reminds me of “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” in tone. It’s very goofy and has a very Saturday morning cartoon show vibe. This both hurts the movie and helps it.
I did like Gal Gadot and Chris Pine throughout the film they were very charming, and I did have an interest in Pedro Pascals storyline, it was one of those if you turned off the movie I’d be upset that I wouldn’t see where it was going.
