Marioโs review published on Letterboxd:
So I've decided to make my own 'A Favourite Film for each Year of my Life-List. As always this is just my personal opnion, I'm not saying these are the best movies, they are just my favourites. Also there are many movies I haven't seen yet, so this list could still change in the future.
Yet another fantasy movie as my pick for 2004. Harry Potter is one of my favourite movie franchises, and Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite Harry Potter movie. It is even my favourite Cuarรณn so far (Sorry for that ๐๐).
It was the first movie of the series I've ever seen, which might seem like an odd thing to do, but it was part of a cinema season ticket. So why not watch it when you've already paid for it, thought 9 year old me. It instantly inspired me to read all of the Harry Potter books and watch all of the other movies as well. I loved them ever since.
This is the 4th consecutive fantasy movie on my list (Sorry for that, there will be more diversity in the upcoming years, I promise) and the 5th fantasy movie in total.
