A very different yet stunning film from the MCU, it has great visuals and it conveys a wonderful message about humanity. I like how they were able to show the eternals as families and i love the chemistry of the characters especially with Thena and Gilgamesh, Makkari and Druig
The action sequences are great, everyone did a brilliant job with the portrayal of their characters but Angelina Jolie (Thena), Gemma Chan (Sersi), and Salma Hayek (Ajak) were really incredible. Barry keoghan (druig) unexpectedly stole not just the show but the hearts of the audiences with his appeal, as did Don Lee (Gilgamesh) with his charm. Lauren Ridloff’s (Makkari) running scenes were stunning and were nice to watch as they didn’t have the over used slow mo effects like other speedsters in movies. Brian Tyree Henry (Phastos) and Kumail Nanjiani (Kingo) were fun characters while Harish Patel’s Karun is the side character that really became the star of the show
All of these makes the eternals a great film for me however i agree to some that the movie feels a little rush for a 2 hour movie which i think is understandable because it contains lots of storylines for the movie to really make sense not to mention that it introduces 12 characters and explain their existence throughout the infinity saga. All in all i would say that the director (Chloé zhao) did an incredible job with this movie.
