Watching this at first just wanted to see Lee Sun Kyun only, it turns out that this film presents a deeper theme about a marriage with a fresh comedy wrap. It's a bit surprising that a special director of horror films and R-rated genre is able to make this film so well. The chemistry of the three players is real, and the comedy is even more.

Nonsense! And all the character aren't that likeable tho, it's hard to care for them when Tsunami arrived, so honestly they deserve to die.

When I first time watching this film I had no idea I would be in tears at the end. A real love story perfectly shot and portrayed. Timothée is a force of nature, carrying this film at such a young age, his every look saying so much and his tears as the credits rolled revealed the sadness we all hoped Elio would recover from. And when you thought it could get no better his fathers monologue was inspiring and superbly acted.

Yes. This movie is saturated with propaganda. But the way this film is fantasized, that is what art is all about. I thought this film was bold, mysterious, and beautiful.
